IPAR acquires Total Health & Rehab, Darwin

Total Health and Rehab (originally Darwin Occupational Therapy Clinic) commenced operations at the Darwin Private Hospital as a sole private practice in 1991, led by Terina Saunders, Occupational Therapist. Terina was nominated for the NT Telstra Business Women Awards in 1999 and won both the NT Westpac Business Owner Award and the prestigious NT Telstra Business Woman of the Year.

IPAR acquires Incorporating Ergonomics

Incorpoating Ergonomics_Sml Logo-02IPAR has expanded into the ACT market with the acquisition of Canberra firm Incorporating Ergonomics.

Incorporating Ergonomics has provided an extensive range of injury prevention and injury management services to government and private enterprise in the ACT for the past 16 years.

The acquisition by IPAR will significantly strengthen both businesses, providing a national support structure and a new suite of service offerings for Incorporating Ergonomics, while expanding IPAR’s geographic footprint and enhancing service provision to national customers.

IPAR Acquires Accent Group based in Penrith

           

IPAR and Accent Group are delighted to announce that on 1st July 2012 IPAR acquired the Accent Group of businesses. Accent are a leading Penrith based workplace rehabilitation,  injury prevention and clinical services provider.

Accent has an 18 year history of providing tailored injury prevention, OHS, occupational rehabilitation, Human Resource and health care services to clients in the Greater Western Sydney and Mountains region. For the last 3 years Accent has also provided important paediatric early intervention services for children with Cerebral Palsy and Autism through their Konfident Kids brand.

The acquisition of Accent by IPAR significantly strengthens both businesses. It further enhances IPAR’s NSW footprint and suite of services, whilst also enabling Accent’s ability to deliver it’s products and programs around Australia.

IPAR NSW Footprint expands

IPAR are delighted to be able to announce that we are now able to service much of Northern regional NSW.

Through our recent acquisition of Health and Safety Solutions in Newcstle and the opening of our Tamworth and Taree branches IPAR’s reach to provide workplace rehabilitation and injury prevention services has increased signifcantly.
