Alysa has multiple years of experience working with adults and adolescent clients who are living with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, trauma and PTSD, chronic pain, bereavement, stress, panic disorder, burnout, work-related stress, self-esteem and self-development issues. She believes in evidence-based interventions and empowering her clients through a strength-based approach.
Alysa is passionate about helping others and is actively involved in raising funds for research into mental health disorders and brain cancer research. She is also passionate about addressing burnout in the workplace and has assisted in facilitating burnout prevention workshops in the workplace.
