Emma has spent numerous years in child psychology settings within schools and private practice conducting psychometric testing and interventions with children, adolescents and their families. Emma has valuable knowledge and skills in counselling settings, drawing upon therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing as well as evidence-based social skills and emotional regulation programs.
Emma has three years’ experience in the occupational rehabilitation setting, assisting clients to resume or return to work following a physical and/or psychological injury or illness. Emma has provided health coaching to assist clients in understanding their beliefs and perceptions related to their health and disability, assisting them to understand and overcome their barriers. Emma has her SIRA registration number to provide psychology treatment to NSW workers compensation and CTP clients, and a Medicare Provider number.
