We are the leading provider of comprehensive injury prevention and occupational rehabilitation services in Australia.
IPAR delivers outstanding outcomes to our clients and we are routinely ranked in the top quartile of providers for Return to Work performance for the panel positions we hold.
In Star Ratings released by the Victorian WorkCover Authority (VWA), IPAR is regularly ranked above the scheme average for original employer services and new employer services. The VWA Star Ratings is an independent measure of Return to Work performance.
We have been awarded the highest possible 5 Star Rating by ReturnToWork SA for pre-injury return to work services (one of only two providers to achieve this result).
Our injury prevention services have been able to significantly reduce our workers compensation exposure for our clients. One IPAR client in the mining sector has shown a 56% reduction in manual handling injuries after the implementation of our trademarked Strong4Life™ manual handling system.
