Our corporate social responsibility program
Premier Partner – Invictus Australia
IPAR enjoys a formal partnership with Invictus Australia which helps us to strengthen the physical and mental wellbeing of veterans and their families, through the power of sport in their local community. It promotes and encourages all levels of participation, whether that is playing, administration, coaching, officiating or the many volunteering opportunities that make a local sporting club or event tick.
Volunteering partnerships
A significant component of IPAR in the Community is our volunteer program with national partner Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC).
Our partnership with RMHC provides all IPAR team members the opportunity to volunteer at their local Ronald McDonald House, whether this is running a working bee, cooking a meal for the families and their children, having baking days or undertaking ad-hoc fundraising to raise funds for the local house.
These events have proven to be very popular with our team members and with IPAR’s national footprint we are able to provide assistance at every Ronald McDonald House across Australia.
Over the course of our partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities, we have donated:
- Over $68,000
- Over 1,349 volunteering hours
- Over 2,600 delicious, home-made meals
Charitable Sponsorship and Donations
IPAR is a supporter of Teams Sports 4 All, a registered charity that provides support to families to help children engage in and reap all the benefits of team sports. We also support the Cancer Council’s Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea with morning tea’s occurring at IPAR offices to raise vital funds for cancer research, prevention and support services. IPAR has supported the Windermere Foundation to assist their work in suicide prevention and family violence programs.
Annual Christmas Appeal
IPAR partners with various charities for our annual Christmas Appeal. Together, our team has donated thousands of dollars worth of toys and books to children in need at this special time of year, plus donations to Share the Dignity and the Salvation Army Christmas Appeal.
