Alma has been a Provisional Psychologist since January 2021. She started a Clinical Hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy practice in Tamworth in 2016 which provided face-to-face services. In the middle of 2020, Alma began delivering the services online, providing therapy to individuals in Tamworth and surrounding areas, please Sydney and overseas.

With IPAR Ballina since May 2021, Beth supports injured clients in their return to work. This role involves liaising with the client, their GP and treaters such as Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Physiotherapists, surgeons and Workcover insurers. Beth conducts vocational and workplace assessments, provides vocational counselling and case management, and utilises motivational interviewing to support clients in achieving their vocational rehabilitation goals via the creation of return to work plans that are achievable.

Beth’s previous work history includes volunteer work at Peer Based Harm Reduction Centre in Perth where she assisted in supporting home and street based consumers to obtain safe injecting equipment, provided support when people sought other services, and provided education regarding safe drug use and health care.

Calvin Zhang
